Santa Cecelia is Looking Good!

We've been waiting for the granite to come in b/c we felt it would tie the entire kitchen together.  I was a little fearful that the Santa Cecelia would be too close to the creamy color of the cabinets, but there is plenty of dark tones and contrast there so I am relieved.  We love the way the kitchen has turned out, plus the  range was there so we were thrilled to see that in place.

Our mailbox was also installed! We paid so much attention to the mailbox that we didn't even realize that we had some shrubs out front.  The lawn was seeded and covered in hay.  Asphalt should be next week and the sink will be installed and water in the house will be turned on for the first time.

11 days and counting...

Thrilled we switched to Gas

  3. I currently have Santa Cecilia granite. It's beautiful! We are so excited that we upgraded to a gas stove! We haven't had a gas cooktop in years, and we miss all the perks of gas cooking.

  4. You're kitchen turned out beautiful! You ended up with a great batch of Santa Cecilia. I like how you added the dark island. Did Ryan Homes charge you for that change?
